These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Access Pro Training, including enrolment in any NVQ qualification, website access, and communications with our staff or assessors. By enrolling or interacting with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Learner Obligations

You agree to: Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information regarding your identity, work experience, and qualifications. Submit authentic evidence and complete all portfolio activities honestly and independently unless working in a recognised team setting. Maintain respectful and professional communication with your assessor(s), staff, and any representatives of Access Pro Training. Complete your NVQ portfolio within the agreed time frame, typically between 3 to 6 months unless otherwise stated in writing. Cooperate with all assessment procedures, including remote or site-based observations, professional discussions, and document reviews.

2. Payment & Fees

All agreed course fees must be paid in full or via approved instalments as agreed prior to commencement. Fees for registration, assessment, and certification are non-refundable once your application is processed. Additional charges may apply for: Resubmissions due to incomplete or insufficient evidence. Extension requests beyond the standard qualification timeline. Replacement certificates or a change of pathway after registration.

3. Termination or Disqualification

Access Pro Training reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to services if you: Breach any part of these Terms. Engage in misconduct, abuse, or falsification of evidence. Fail to meet assessment requirements within the agreed timeframe.
