Once a learner is officially enrolled and their NVQ registration is processed with the awarding body, the associated fees become non-refundable. This is because registration incurs immediate, non-recoverable costs including assessor allocation, awarding body charges, and administration fees.

We understand that choosing the right qualification is a significant decision. That’s why we strongly recommend booking a free 10-minute consultation with us before enrolling. During this call, we can help you determine the right NVQ pathway based on your work experience and future goals.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where no registration or assessment has yet taken place, and must be requested in writing within 48 hours of payment. If accepted, a partial refund may be issued, minus a reasonable administration fee.
